Effective October 10, 2026
HaulShield is operated by Haul Shield ("we", "us"). HaulShield provides maintenance reminders and cost-tracking tools for truck owner-operators (the "Service"). By signing up or paying, you agree to these terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, payments, and sales tax. Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
HaulShield is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link in your Paddle receipt or subscription emails, or by contacting us. After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
HaulShield reminders and maintenance intervals are general guidance. They do not replace your engine and vehicle manufacturer's service manual, inspections by a qualified mechanic, or legal inspection requirements. You are responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of your vehicle. We do not guarantee that reminders will be timely or error-free.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, such as your odometer reading, service dates, and truck details. Reminders are only as accurate as that information.
We own the HaulShield name, logo, website, and software. You keep ownership of the information you provide. You give us permission to use that information only to provide and improve the Service for you.
Use the Service lawfully and do not misuse it, interfere with it, or try to access other customers' information. We may suspend or end your access for repeated or serious violations of these terms. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current paid period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including vehicle damage, downtime, or lost income, arising from use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
