If HaulShield isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, whether it is your first payment or a renewal.
Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used to buy, or contact us at markskokie1@gmail.com and we will help you submit it.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, using the link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting us. Cancelling stops renewal; refunds are covered by the 14-day window above.
