This notice explains how Haul Shield ("we", "us") handles your personal information when you use HaulShield.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, and email address.
• Truck information: make, model year, engine, odometer, average weekly miles, and service history.
• Information you log with us, such as maintenance expenses and PM completion dates.
• Reminder preferences and your consent to receive reminders.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payment details are handled by Paddle.

How we use it

To send you maintenance reminders, run your account, answer support requests, take payment, and improve HaulShield. We will only send reminders by the channels you chose, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the service: Paddle.com (payments, tax, and refunds, as Merchant of Record), our form provider Tally (signup form), and the email or text messaging services we use to send reminders. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

HaulShield is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18.
